Product description
VICK® reticular polypropylene fiber is produced from polypropylene through special production process, with an appearance of netted structure
During the stirring, the horizontal connection between single fibers is torn into single fiber under the impact of coarse aggregate, i.e. more than 70 million fibers in every cubic of concrete. Its coarse tearing edge makes a very good bonding force between the fiber and concrete. It is applicable for the concrete engineering of cracking/permeation resistance, reinforcement and ductility improvement.
Advantages
● Inhibit the plastic shrinkage cracking of concrete, and improve the integrity and service life of building;
● Double the impact resistance of concrete after the standard addition;
● Improve the resistance to the crushing and wearing;
● Prevent/inhibit the corrosion of reinforcing bar, prevent/retard the water permeability and the bar contact with hazardous medium (e.g. damp gas and chlorides) by resisting the cracking/permeation, reduce the corrosion speed of reinforcing bar, and improve the durability of concrete;
● Improve the ductility, expandability, and fatigue resistance;
● improve the permeation resistance and water-proofness;
● Improve the freezing/melting resistance, and restrain the frost-heaving deformation through 3D distribution.
