Product description

VICK® Polyacrylonitrile Fiber is a new-generation organic synthetic fiber, jointly developed by Shenzhen Weitenai New Materials Co., Ltd. and an Asia famous large fiber company. It can significantly improve the resistance of concrete to the bending, fatigue, flexure - tension, early cracking, and permeation. It can improve the durability of concrete, and is an ideal material for improving the cracking resistance and ductility of concrete. It is applicable for high-performance concrete pavement, bridge floor slab, airfield pavement, dam, basement baseplate, rock-fill dam faceplate, and earthquake/explosion-proof projects.
This product acts more as the reinforcing fiber for asphalt mixture, and is applicable for high-grade asphalt pavement. It possesses various advantages, i.e. high tension resistance, good oil absorptivity, high-temperature tolerance, no melt heaving, good adsorptivity, and stable chemical property. As a stabilizing reinforcing additive, it can replace the traditional asbestos and lignin fiber for asphalt pavement. In addition, it can improve the structure of asphalt colloid to reinforce the bar. It is applicable for the structure of stone matrix asphalt, dense-graded asphalt concrete and asphalt macadam (AM). It can greatly improve the resistance of asphalt pavement to the low-temperature cracking, rutting, water injury, and abrasion. It can prolong the service life of asphalt pavement. By adding into the ordinary asphalt, it can realize the effect of modified asphalt, so as to make a higher-quality, more economical and easier asphalt pavement.
